As a Product Lead for the DigitalTwin initiative, I was accountable for conceptualizing and validating digital twins solution within the R&D unit. My role involved product business analysis and decomposition, solution testing, and cross-team collaboration, including AI & IoT teams, to build a solution based on a complex partnership network, including AWS & Intel. We pitched domain-specific solution variations for dozens of clients, including companies from Fortune 500 list.

My main workstreams during this period were department development & operations, team & people management, sales support & presale activities, business consulting, project planning, product & market analysis, and discovery process leadership.

Achievements

 

  • 25% rate of successfully won technical, design, and end-to-end solution presales in Retail, SM & Telecommunications, Automotive & Transportation, Real Estate & Construction, and ArgiTech

  • almost $1.5M of direct and connected revenue for 3 years

  • handling and growing a team of 7 people with a seniority level of 80%

This is one of my personal startup experiences, where we, together with the team and our financial mentors, had been working on the first round of investments for the company, doing business for the SMEs. Our product proposed new ways of working with the testing environments, failed test data, and some specific calculations. We already had several customers till the investment pre-seed/partially seed series and then sold the solution.

 

Achievements

  • organized and led a startup team of 5 people

  • set up the early adopters' service  account environment 

  • got in-depth product planning and investment pitching experience

  • sold the solution for a 5-round figure

Also, you can get new knowledge there, build a professional network, learn about current market trends, etc. Here, I was a team lead of eight guys. We created stunning mobile solutions for educational and social needs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the National Police, and other contractors.
